Ingredients

  • G round Beef
  • Uncooked White Rice
  • Water
  • C hopped onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • G arlic powder
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Tomato Soup
  • Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat Oven to 350
  • Mix 2 lbs. Meat and 1 cup uncooked Rice with 1/2 cup Water and 1/2 cup onion. Add tsp salt and tsp garlic powder as well as tsp of pepper. Mix together well. Make into meatballs (Golf Ball).
  • Place Meatballs on ungraded 9×12 baking dish
  • Stir remaining ingredients. 1-can tomato sauce with 2-cans tomato soup(Condensed) . Add 1/2 cup water and 3 tsp Worcestershire. Pour over meatballs.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes
  • Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
