It was a beautiful day today! A week ago we had 15 inches of snow. What a difference a week of warm weather brings.
I saw someone on Facebook provide a pic of smoked beer brats in a tin foil pan with onions, brats , beer and stone ground mustard. I had an idea…I can make that better.
Pulled out the Weber BBQ Dutch oven. Used the same items but added a jar of sour kraut.
Smoked on the Weber Beast for 3 hours!

Fantastic! Brats were so tender!
