A big thank you to our friend John Gies who stopped by this morning with some live bullheads.
They are very good sized and should make a great dinner meal this week.
They were caught yesterday during this recent Minnesota cold snap on Cedar Lake.
During the cleaning process, I was reminded of my grandfather (Shorty Rothstein…aka Papa), who was a master at this very task. Cleaning bullheads does take a special technique which I am proud to say I learned from him.
