We started the 2026 Year in Style with this new recipe we found at the Bear & Burton ‘W’ Sauce Website. The only change we made was that we bacon weaved the loin after it was stuffed. We also marinated the pork loin in the ‘W’ sauce for close to 8 hours prior to baking. Turned out great. If your looking for that ‘W’ flavor, this will satisfy.
